It's a small hole-in-wall type vegetarian restaurant, next to the Seventh Day Adventist church.
Pros: Nice vegan menu with smoothies. Food was good and reasonably priced. If you are vegan/vegetarian, this is one of your few choices in Palawan.
Cons: Ambiance is poor (lighting bad, small, not comfortable seating, no AC in humid weather is not comfortable, fans may not be enough, mosquitoes can get you in the restaurant). Location is a little away from main Rizal street and can be hard to find as it is a hole-in-wall type place.
For vegan/vegetarian, I did not go to La Terrasse, so cannot compare, but looking at La Terrasse website, that restaurant looks a lot better than Ima, but also more expensive. KaiLui does have 1 or 2 vegan choices.
