My Filipino wife and I recently visited the Wildlife Rescue centre (affectionately known as the Crocodile Farm) and enjoyed our visit. It was interesting to see the skin and carcass of the display "croc" but it was equally impressive to see the size of the live crocodiles. Some of them were enormous! Some good photo opportunities.

Go with low expectations (one tenth as impressive as similar farms in Thailand), but as PP has little to offer in terms of attractions around town, you may as well go. The crocodiles are housed in crowded, small tubs, zero attempt to make them look like natural habitat - they commonly die of stress. Some throw coins from above on to them which doesn't appear to be discouraged.
They do have a couple of bearcats which I found the most fascinating attraction. A sign pointed to a porcupine, but the cage was derelict... This is quite a poorly maintained establishment, and to call it a conservation centre is a joke / disgrace / shameful depending on your point of view.

I was bored in Puerto Princesa the other day and a tourist from France wanted to do something so I took him to the Crocodile Farm. It is about 20 minutes outside town and it is a great area to relax and get some amazing pictures too.

The park is actually a crocodile farm and while you get to see some big crocs it's not overly interesting.

The nature park is in need of work. It looks like it seen better days. I couldn't help feel sad looking at the eagles in their smallish cages. It's unclear whether there's any conservation going on.

While it was interesting enough, there wasn't really that much going on here. I think that the best part of this attraction was seeing where they raise baby crocodiles. The main thing I came out with, was learning that they can determine what sex the crocodile will end up being before it is hatched!
