Took a tour of Honda Bay (there were 10 of us in the tour); the underground river tour was cancelled due to rain, so Honda Bay tour was consolation. The tour guide (forgot first name but last name was Estrada) spoke excellent English and provided good info, so the tour was more enjoyable. Snorkeling gear rental and entrance fee for boat cost extra, so be prepared. Went to 3 different islands; had lunch on one of the main island with a Cabana rental (food prepared by tour guide who made a very good and filling all you can eat lunch). You can also purchase fresh seafood from one of the hawkers on the island, who will prepare it fresh for you; you can also get some fresh buko (coconut) drink for very low cost. Snorkeling at the island was good (see if you can spot a clown fish, e.g. Finding Nemo). There is also massage on the island; price is reasonable. The other 2 islands were just OK.
Pros: Snorkeling, island hopping, food, good guide (which is variable).
Cons: Can be boring if you are not into island hopping or getting wet.
Advise: Bring swim suit, towel, change of cloth and sunblock. Bring your own snorkel or rent it elsewhere for less. Get fresh buko if you like coconut; it is so cheap (< 50 cents US). If you are adventurous, you can island hop on your own by hiring a boat for lower cost.
