The price just doesn't justify the product. A bagel here costs more than Europe, and I don't mean Kiev, Europe, but rather London, Europe. There is just no justification for such prices. In a way I was forced to eat here as I got up too late to have breakfast and had boat to catch and this place was just meters away from my hotel - I figured it was either eat quickly or get sea sick on an empty stomach. The prices may have been forgiven if the taste matched the cost, but it didn't. Ingredients were used far to sparingly, so instead of a smorgasbord of taste, one ended up with the overwhelming taste of bread. And whilst it was great to see good hygiene practices, in that the ingredients were kept in cool boxes, they were mostly without flavour e.g. marscapone cheese was bland instead if that sweat fatty bite. For what it's worth, here is how I would improve this place: lower the prices, use best quality ingredients and fill the bagels right up so they are overflowing with taste.
