I'm fully backing up Beachaholiclove review. Staff was very helpful and discreet. We found no better food in town that the one served in resort restaurant. The place is designed for romantic endeavours.

Stayed here for 6 nights. The rooms were large enough. Comfortable matresses with good pillows. Rooms were cleaned daily. Fresh soap ( x 2 bars, locally made) was given every 2 days. Hot showers and the water pressure was adequate. Wifi available throughout the resort (it's not that fast but hey, you're in El-Nido, not Singapore!)

Housekeeping girls were lovely and always smiled. Breakfast options were fantastic with choices from rice, pancakes, meat, fruit etc. The restaurant was also very good. I think one of the best restaurants in El Nido for foreigners. The fish was fresh and the chips were home made, chunky and tasty! The chocolate moose is a winner too :)

We had to check out at 5am and they arranged for someone to take us into town at that time - also gave us some packed ruit for the road! They paid attention to detail. Would recommend to other travellers.

ALSO - it's only a 5 minute walk from town. It's nice being away from the business of town. Yes you walk past a cemetery but it's not a big deal. I don't understand why people keep using this as a negative about the resort! They have a trike for free you can request if you don't want to walk!

Room Tip: Get an air conditioned room! We had an eco friendly room for the 1st three nights but then decided to pay the extra 500 peso/night for the air conditioner. Do not fool yourself - it's so hot at night that without it you won't be able to sleep!

This hotel have great view.the hotel is very clean. We had required early check-in two room, but we used only one.when we asked about early check-in charge.they said 1000php include of breakfast but we paid 2800 php.One day, the breakfast has a stone.the hotel is so far from town.If you go to town for dinner, you must go across cemetery midnight. They can't use body language. If you can't speak english very well, you will have a terrible about communication.Even if I didn't understand ,they always spoke the same speed and they didn't try to understand me.El nido is wonderful.the biggest mistakes in El nido was a only booking cadlao resort.

Room Tip: I recommend the restaurant 'seaslugs' for dinner.

Accessible and affordable, world class service, scrumptious cuisines, very comfortable and clean room, 24 hour electricity, well-trained staffs. We toured the whole island and this is by far the greatest resort. Too bad we weren't able to stay for long because we didn't book reservations in advance and it was fully booked the following day, we only stayed for a night but we were utterly impressed by their outstanding service!

This is the perfect place especially for couples.

Tip: Book in advance because their rooms are selling like hot pancakes. :)

We booked the Cadlao due to trip advisor reviews, it wasn't cheap, but we felt like a treat after a bit of travelling in Palawan. El Nido is a great place to go island hopping.

Pros
Staff are helpful & friendly
Restaurant is the highlight: great breakfast (included) and dinner menu good and reasonably priced. Location is excellent, on the beachfront with great views to the islands.
Tricycle service to El Nido itself (10 mins walk) complementary
The Resort has an excellent Tour Guide who took us out on a short island hopping trip on the last day.
Small but pleasant pool overlooking the beach.

Cons
Mosquitos. Would be good if they installed screens doors or nets in fan rooms (there is dengue fever in the area)
All rooms/bungalows face towards each other so privacy is an issue (can hear if someone coughs next door)
In house massage a little expensive (800, 350 in town). We stayed in a similar resort in Mindoro where the in-house massage was PHP 500 & laundry / other services very reasonably priced, as a result we always used the in house services.

Overall the resort is well managed with good attention to detail.

Room Tip: One of the rooms on the end, nearest the sea, would possibly be a little more private.
