This is just an okay place to stay in terms of budget, amenities and service. Generally, the room and surroundings are clean. The toilet and bath rooms are separated and water supply was a concern during our stay. Althoug they allowed us to use the toilet of their vacant room. Good thing their aircon was working well. The only free stuff they gave us were towels and drinking water which were good enough. The staff are nice but service was really slow. They are not organized and attentive with the requests. The breakfast was boring but at least they provided. The restaurant was too crowded for their guests. We were 29 and there were other guests and we can't fit in their restaurant. Transportation access was not problem. Its the best location. Restaurants are just across the street. The market is walking distance but taking a tricycle can be an option. Overall, best for those on backpackers and budget-tight travelers.

Room Tip: The room we booked was a family room. We were 8 in the room and stayed for 3 nights. I have no idea...

We booked a dorm for 4 people but they offer a dorm for 6 people with 4 bunkbeds and a queen-sized bed and that was fantastic. Amenities were quite fited and work well: TV, hot shower, air-con. And it was about $12/night/person, quite cheap huh?
Still there was no blank and it cost 20-40php (as i remembered) but it would have been OK if you turned up your air-con temperature

Staff were very nice. They helped us to order tricycle and advise us tour how to get to Sabang and Firefly Watching. No fees for advisors.
Ryan - the male receptionist were very kind when he brought us spoons (which we borrowed for icecream eating) into our rooms and kept the icecream in their fridge.
Rochelle - the female receptionist were cute as well. Interestingly, the kind tricycle rider who took us to Firefly Watching on the quite way at night were her husband.

Room Tip: Rather fragant aroma in room made me felt kinda hard breathed

Booked this place for my 3 day stay based on its convenient location and other reviews. Regrettably my wife and I found it to be not up to standard even for a budget type accomodation.
Checking in late evening on the first day we found the male shift manager to be friendly and helpful enough and he even asked what time we would want breakfast and he took down our breakfast order. Upon entering the room they assigned to us we were disappointed by the grubby bathroom, the weak and ineffective aircon and the mosquitos flying around the room. We were also disturbed by loud music coming from a nearby karoake bar even it being past midnight. As it was so late we just accepted the room and asked the manager if we could change our room the following day to which he agreed.
The next morning we were woken at around 7am by a knock on the door from one of the room girls who informed us that there was no water supply. She had with her a half bucket of water and a pail which said she said was all they could provide to us as they did not know when the water supply would resume. I went back to sleep and then around 30 minutes later another knock on the door and this time there were 2 room girls who asked if I had finished with the bucket and pail as they needed it for their other guests as there were not enough buckets to go around. By this time I was not at all happy and told them to go away. I could see that the staff were untrained and had no clue as to what they were doing.
My wife then woke up and said she would go down and complain to the manager and see if they had any idea when the water supply would resume.
Meanwhile I went down to have my breakfast which I had pre-ordered the previous evening. There were no other guests in the cafe. After giving the waitress my room number I was told that the breakfast I had ordered of bread, tocino and egg was not allowed. If I had tocino then it would have to be with rice and egg but if I wanted the bread it could only be with butter and jam and no tocino, it could not be mixed. So I just told here to give me the Tocino, rice and egg. She then disappeared without even serving me coffee.
After waiting around 15 minutes all alone in the cafe, I popped my head in the kitchen to see what had happened to my breakfast. The cook advised me that they had run out of rice and the waitress had to go across the road to another place to find some rice!! To be fair when it finally arrived it was quite nice and I enjoyed it despite the wait.
Eventually, my wife turned up in the cafe and informed me that she had met the morning manager and was told that they had no idea when the water would be back on as the whole building was without water and it was beyond their control. She also infomed my wife that this was the first time it had happened and to use the lady managers exact words....."[--] happens"!!! I immediately knew this this was not the truth as I had used the cafes toilet and wash basin and the water was flowing.
At that point I decided to immediately vacate the hotel and look for another hotel as I could not stay in a place without water and I could see there were plenty other places in the nearby area. While my wife was packing our things I quickly crossed the road and found another place that looked clean with friendly staff and they confirmed they had water. It was just Php200 more expensive.
Upon finally checking out of Corazon, there were no apologies and it took a 10 minute argument as the lady manager was still demanding us to pay for the other 2 nights that we had booked. Eventually with much face pulling and murmuring she relented and we just paid for the one night.
I would never stay in this place ever again and would not recommend to anybody unless they were desperate for a room. A truly horrible experience with the only consolation being we found a much nicer and better hotel right across the road.

We planned nothing at all when we landed in Palawan, this was the first place we came across and we just enquired and they took us in. We had the family room and it was just what we needed. They were even nice enough to give us a special deal. The floor was dusty when we got in but they offered housekeeping and we just borrowed a sweep once. The morning receptionist was soooooo helpful and always happy to help us with our random questions. Really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent.

Room Tip: Go as a group and get the family room, when you divide the cost between everyone it works out so che...

They respond to my email and text promptly and fast enough. They will also entertain all your questions and any modification you will make for your tour. Corazon Tourist Inn is located at the center of Puerto Princesa City which is walking distance to many food establishments and night life. This affordable inn is also a 3 to 5 minutes ride to and from the airport. CTI occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of PC Arcade Building while their receiving area is on the ground floor. The building has a convenient store, computer shop and restaurant that will provide your quick needs. What I really love about CTI is their free services to their guests like FREE Airport transfer (2way), free breakfast everyday of your stay at Metrosilog and all rooms are provided with free WIFI connection. We availed their family room good for 6 with free Morning Kit & Towel for only 2,100php per night. Room amenities include air-conditioned room with 2 double decks, one master bed, Cabled Television, Hot & Cold Shower, Bathroom
& Cabinet for stuffs. The room we availed is so spacious that we can still add 2 extra bed if we're 8. Bathroom and Shower room are split into two which can save bath time if you're in a hurry prepping up in the morning. Corazon tourist Inn also offers tour to Palawan's best tourist site but we preferred getting La Tiara's tour package since price is lesser than most hotel tour packages.

The only downside of this hotel is the noise created by the nearby videoke bar and the squeaking gates of store down the building during closing time but it didn't hinder us from getting a good sleep since we're tired from the City tour we made on the first day, though the rest of our nights turned out good without any disturbance. Other than that, our stay at CTI was so satisfying. Service is great as they conduct housekeeping with consent and changing our towels every day, and the receptionist also helped us to have reservation at Kalui and Kinabuch beforehand. The room is spacious; air-con is strong enough to cool the big room, and great location near the airport and other establishments. I believe that we've got the great deal and great services through Corazon Tourist Inn; the budget friendly accommodation in Palawan.
