Tried out their Fish and Chips with a friend a few weeks back. You have options of 2, 4 or 6 pieces of fish. You can also order fish with rice and some extras (sauce/ dips come in garlic mayo, tartare, good old vinegar, spicy ranch). There are 4 types of fish you can choose from, listed from cheapest to most expensive: dory, cobbler, snapper and halibut.
We ordered the dory and snapper varieties. Now it's not your typical snack shack in terms of cost. I balked a bit at having to fork over almost P 500 for 2 orders of (4-pc) fish and chips. One bite, though and I was in bliss.
First of all, just go with traditional vinegar or tartare, both sauces just pair classically with fish for a reason: they harmonize on your taste buds. The type of fish you choose would depend on either budget or personal preference- do you like your fish with a bit more "meat" to it? Get snapper or halibut. If you like your fish a bit on the soft side, then dory would be your best bet.
The chips are done really well, skin on. Overall it's a very filling snack, so you may skip a meal after eating.
