We stopped by for lunch but were not able to get a seat. Dinner was also likewise fully booked. Then we asked whether we could have an early dinner - like 530 pm before the Ramayana show we had planned to watch! Fortunately they obliged.
We came back at 530 pm and were taken cared by the French owner. As we were the only guest, we had his full attention. He provided his recommendation which we gladly took
We started with Bengedel Tofu and loved it. The tofu patties were fried and tasted good. My wife went for the Chicken cooked with coconut miilk ( Ayam Saue aneh) while I went for the red snapper cooked with local spices (Kaky B. Bali). Both were delicious. The chicken was crispy and the fish was tender!
We has cooked banana with Vanilla ice cream (Kolak Eskim)
