The place was great, it's cozy and the band is not too loud which is great. Generally, the food taste okay. The japanese counter offer wide variety and the sushi and sashimi are also recommended. The desserts are great with lots of Indonesian sweets option.
However, most of the food are not warm enough and the rice dish are mostly dried, not to my liking.

The reason i am giving this outlet a Low satisfaction is due to the policy for charging you water even though you ordered juice, appetiser and a main course. This just left a bad completely bad taste in the mouth.
Nonetheless the waiters and personnel there are very courteous, friendly and sincere. This is where you will enjoy your dining experience save for the water part.
They generally prefer to cater to buffets whether it's Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. Hence their ala carte selection is quite limited.
The decor and the setting is not too bad, especially after a tired day's out. Especially seated by the window overlooking Jalan Thamrin and Grand Indonesia.
Just hoping the would review their water policy and offer its hotel guest a good dining experience.

Thank you for dining at Sana Sini again and sorry the chargeable water issue spoilt your dining experience. This you commented on tripadvisor already one year ago, we tried to explain to you already our thoughts behind this policy back then. The chargeable mineral water is practiced at all other five star hotels or even restaurants in the city as all water has to be purchased and is never from the tap like in other regions. We would like to use this opportunity to inform other readers that Sana Sini offers a complete array of a la carte menu ranging from our Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese and Bistro menu including wide selection of drinks and desserts aside from our daily extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. We appreciate your comment on the level of service and thank you for your understanding that we believe the water policy is fair and will not be changed in the near future.

I went here for lunch and chose set menu which was a bit pricey but the quality of food is worth it.

I ate here for 2 dinners, 3 Breakfast and 1 lunch during my stay at the Pullman. The breakfast was fresh and delicious however next time I'd like to see more western selection (pancakes, waffles, different fruit selections).
Dinner and lunch offers large selection of food with 4 cooking stations- Western, Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian (plus bread and desserts). Every thing was fresh and delicious and the chefs at each station were attentive and very engaging with the patrons. Impressive.
Maître D and wait staff for all meals was outstanding. Probably one of the best I've experienced in 10 years in Indonesia. As a solo diner I also thought it was a great touch to be offered a magazine and newspaper. Wonderful!
The Red wine needs a bit of restocking as several by the glass were not available. What was available was very nice though.
Anyone contemplating eating here, do it, you wont be disappointed.

We had 3 breakfasts here during our stay in Pullman Hotel Thamrin. Great selection of buffet range from chinese, local, japanese and western food. Just loves the fresh fruits they serve and all the berries to go with waffle! Coffee range is great!
