The place to be for coffee lovers! And an even better espresso machine (Spirit) is coming in june '14, so the owner keeps raising the bar for himself and his customers.

This cafe is not to be missed. You can buy coffee beans ground or not ground or have a cup of fresh Java. The baristas know their stuff, get them to recommend something you'll like.
The lattes/cappuccinos are around $4 a cup and so worth it. I also bought the coffee beans as souvenirs for friends.

This hidden small cafe is one of the best here in Jakarta. This is where you can see "hipsters," travellers and expats gather together to have a shot of those authentic home-roasted coffee delights (this is why theyre closed on sundays-mondays. Their hot mocca melt is so good that it might even set your standard. Never forget to always pair it with their freshly-baked, heavenly apple pie (only on saturdays) and/or that brownies, BAM! you'll definitely perk up.

I advise everyone to go here on weekdays (tues-thurs) if you hate to be surrounded by people talking about their projects and travels. But if you dont mind, go on a saturday and you'll see why this gem should be kept exclusive and secret.

This place is going to be my coffee hangout near my new home in Jakarta!

They have three types of beans on offer. Onsite also has two beans roasters.

It was my first visit and the friendly owner, Hendrik, came around to say hi. He has told me we picked up barista and beans roasting skills in Australia. Great to see that he has trained a team that can make coffee!

It is very hard to find a decent coffee in Asia. This place won't disappoint you!
