After a long 1.5 hrs drive from Jakarta to this place you really have nothing much to do. The place is frequented by locals and is more a fair like atmosphere. there is hardly any information flowing in English ( Typically Jakarta) and left wondering what you would want to do here. Even the information desk was hardly any help. Not knowing the language is your fault. Just to take a shuttle ride through this whole place is also a dicey affair as you do not know the schedule, you do not know where they stop. The small open vans stop adhoc and mostly people ready to jump in. Finally took a cable gondola ride which looked the most sensible thing to do as it was the least crowded ( may be beacaus eit was the most expensive). Best to take gondola from point a to B and then get down at b and do B to c. the ride is triangular so you can see both sides of the park. However the desk will not tell you that and hand you a to b and back to 'A' and while you return you can see the other part of the cable and keep cursing - Who cares anyways! The gondola does give you good views of all that there is in the park though you lose the option of stopping for a close look. i wud'nt go there again though.

We can learn a lot about tradition of Indonesia through Miiature Park . We can see many old temples . We enjoy traditional performance by professional dancers . Their customs are so nice and golden. They are so beautiful when they do . We also see the green view covering the park. We are so excited about this trip.

Visited from the morning to the afternoon. Ride the cable car cost Rp. 30,000/person. It was weekdays but Idul Adha holiday and it was not crowded. Very spacious, you can go around with your own vehicle inside. We went to PP IPTEK, this is a science center, the kids had their most fun here with many interactive science games. To visit this center will be charged at Rp.16,500/person. Toilets are available everywhere and quite clean. Places to eat are many, but with the location is inside the tourist attraction so they charge higher price. Basically TMII is a famous attraction in Jakarta especially to the domestic tourists. Heat was quite extreme at noon, bring along your hat or umbrella.

Well you must not miss this plac if you are in Jakarta for a short trip especially, and if you can't travel around the country much. The place is a display of every little piece of Indonesia, there are various places and museums that you can try visit and see, the place is also pretty huge so you can spend more than 5 hours by just looking and wondering around.
