This is supposed to be an Indonesian "5-star", but it is now past its prime. If we weren't just staying one night and too tired after a 26 hour trip, we would have demanded a better room or moved out. The "standard" room had old worn carpeting, numerous stains on it, toilet was cracked and with rust stains, shower was terrible and water leaked all over the floor no matter what we tried to do to prevent it. The included breakfast was so-so. All this was a contrast to other 5-stars we stayed in on this trip to Indonesia. I think these hotels take advantage of people who book on the internet and try to pull a bait-and-switch when you come in all tired out. This hotel was not my first choice, but the Asian-African summit was meeting that week and all the better hotels had been taken. I would not recommend this hotel.
