Spacious rooms with nice decor, high level service from the staff, very good business lounge, nice swimming pool, good free WiFi, clean amenities, secure and safe feeling inside the hotel.
On the downside: Bad odor from the bathroom’s drainage, which (despite the technical staff efforts) kept staying for the whole week. Very hot air in the gym area (looks like no air conditioning is on)

Staff throughout the hotel were very humble, polite and friendly. I thoroughly enoyed my stay and will recommend this hotel to anyone thats travelling to Jakarta. More yet, there are severals malls within walking distance that has great variety of food.

The first thing we noticed on arrival was the professional and friendly attitude of all staff. Check-in was smooth. At breakfast the staff's attention to detail on the plates removed, food preparation, removal of the spilling floor, meeting and greeting were definitely 5 stars. The staff really seemed happy and not made up with politeness.
Clean and spacious room accommodations. Apart from these the service was very nice in the executive room, well received by Ms. Dewi at our lounges and the service provided by Ms.Precilia, Ms.Larasati Ms.Tya and Ms. Siska was extremely happy. We stayed almost 10 days and their lounge attendes were very kindly and helpful for us during our stay. I strongly recommend the stay at 16th floor. Keep up the good work.

Very swift, polite staff. Really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. Lobby and entrance looked aged but still grand and welcoming.

I stayed in 2 rooms.
The first one was a regular deluxe room. Unfortunately it was really old. Carpet on the ground felt as though it had been there for years, bed was moderately comfortable only. Toilet felt aged.
I then switched to a suite (resembled a service apartment) to stay with my Friend, which was huge! It was a two bed room and came with two toilets, a kitchen and a living room. Very comfortable and didn’t have the carpet. It was still old but very clean. Smelt mildly of cigarette.

Fantastic service, warm and welcoming everytime. The staff accommodated our request to combine two deluxe rooms into one and was very understanding about it. We would have been happy even if it were a twin bed but the reception upgraded us to a suite.
Breakfast buffet: 4.5/5
Great spread and pretty delicious food. There were quite a lot of pastries and a good variety of local food. There was even an ice cream counter!

The whole reason I chose Wyndham was because of its walking distance to the Kota Kasablanka mall. It was very near, however I might hesitate to walk back by myself if it’s late. The jam along the Main road however was terrible especially at peak hour.
Overall, great experience. Would have been perfect 5 if rooms were newer.

Check in/out is fast, staffs are great , wifi good, room spacious and clean. Comfy bed and helpful ironing board provided in room. Love the swimming pool, my son loves it. Walking distance to Kota Kasablanka Mall. Didn't eat there so can't review it.
