Second stay at this hotel. Excellent premium room, great service and breakfast, beautiful spa and sauna. Though situated in the business district really close by all what Jakarta has to offer. Good choice in terms of quality and price.

This is a safe and very friendly hotel. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It deserves it ranking. The club level is excellent value and the rooms large. There is a large variety of option for breakfast or have it in the club area.

at our arrival, despite a booking a week before, at 12 o'clock we had to wait two hours to could go in our rooms. but the same grace period was granted us by the Manager for our check out. I had some problems with the bath tub. The room cleaners called the maintenance, and after 10 minutes there went to my room, and after 10 minutes the tap was changed. very efficient.
All the staff is very kind, as common in indonesia. The gym is well equipped and not crowded. The spa works well, the buffet at lunch and dinner host each kind of cuisine, coming from the world. The swimming pool is nothing particular. The rooms are wide, confortable,clean and well designed. The smokers area is in the lounge area, and the staff at reception is efficient and careful. At the lounge the personnel is fast to call a taxi for you.MY experience is very positive, the price is adequate to the service.

We do apologize in regards of waiting time for the room to be ready on the day of your arrival, please be informed that our check in time is at 2 pm, for your next visit it will be helpful if you could inform us your time if arrival so we will be able to prepare your room in advance. We also very sorry to learn that the bathtub tap in your room was not working properly, please accept my sincere apology in regards of this matter. I have personally addressed this issue to related department to improve our excellent service.

This was my first trip to Jakarta and was not sure what to expect... I had heard a lot about the city and how it is making a transition from being an old, classical city where myths abound into a modern megapolis with a futuristic outlook. The drive from the airport to the hotel prepared me for this change!

The hotel has a regal entrance with a spacious lobby. There is ample seating for visitors. The check-in was smooth and the staff was very courteous. The rooms are possibly the largest that I have seen for the category. The interiors have a homely feel with a perfect blend of elegance and opulence. It doesn't seem ostentatious at all. The eye for detail and variety extends into the restaurants as well as the pool area. There are lots of cosy spots that will make you slow down and soak in the experience... a moment that you pretty much steal from time that's rushing past.

The fitness centre and spa are addictive. The Cable TV has almost 70 channels and you shall surely find something of interest. The breakfast is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Various Asian and Western sections offer such amazing fare, it is impossible to resist succumbing to temptation. The in-room dining service is also up to the mark.

Access to transportation is also very easy with ready availability of taxis. The bell desk, travel desk and the security team are all courteous and ensure a comfortable stay. The location adjacent to embassies and consulates means that they are accustomed to receiving guests across nationalities.

On the whole I was delighted with the stay and experience.

As a businessman coming to Jakarta, I was advised to choose a hotel close to my meeting. This I strongly recommend as traffic is a real problem. Normally I would walk but even this was a real headache.

The hotel is at the upper end of cost, but this is fully justified. It is excellent. It has all important free wifi, which even works at the pool (well most of it anyway).

Paying to get red lounge usage was a sound choice. Oh, and a good gym, everything works and plenty of machines - bit warm though if doing hard endurance.

Very good hotel for business if you need to be in the Mega Kuningan area. Traffic is an issue in Jakarta so choosing location is critical. Rooms are very comfortable and functional for good business use. Wifi internet works very well and has no limitations on devices, so that is one headache less.

Fought our way through the notorious Jakarta traffic and were relief to step into this welcoming haven.
The aroma of lemongrass that embraced our fatigue at the entrance elevated our senses of just wanting to rest.
We were checked in without hassle.
Our Grand Premium Suite was huge! There was no musky odor common to hotel rooms furbished from wall to wall in this climate. My hyper-sensitive-to-dust husband's pleasant stay certified that the room's cleanliness was very much maintained by the housekeeping team.
Beds were comfortable and pillows were heavenly.
The bathroom was also huge. With his and hers sinks and partitioned toilet within the bathroom, it was definitely built along the higher standards.
Lastly that must be mentioned is the breakfast buffet, not just for the delightful range of selection but the quality of the food offered.
