Very very very poor , I have stayed here for over 12 years but not been for 5 , dirty , dated , empty , bar closed , no mini bar in room , no room service at night , lounges on floors are al empty , breakfast rubbish , chairs in bar all old and tattered , when it was sheraton it was great , who ever owns it now needs to sort it , I will never come back to this hotel , it is the worst I have stayed in

I cant say huuhhhffff.... 5 star like 3 jasmine or we call it Hotel Melati (jasmine) classification. it's better back to sheraton management . cause now is terrible.
you must try to serve guess more better

Staying in this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights for business trip, we have no problem at all with the facility or others, as we have to go for exhibition in the morning after breakfast and back to the hotel on the dinner time. The room is OK. Breakfast menu tastes great; specially the chicken porridge. For the dinner; we tried at the Breeze Cafe, Sukhotai, and the Deli Cake Shop. Not recommended for having dinner at the Breeze Cafe as the menu is so standard and not so good but the steamboat at Sukhotai was really great.

The hotel need total renovation as most equipment are old.

I stayed there before when it was under Sheraton it was excellent but now is not good as before. As the bed sheet was dirty and AC was dropping watar all time also I used my personal towel as bathroom towels was not smell good and TV channels was not clear.

My advice to hotel management work quickly to fix all those mistakes and improve your service otherwise the hotel will be out of market.

Was stay in this hotel years back when it was under Sheraton management. I gave them 5 stars
Now.. the moment I step in .. really shocked . Stay in this hotel for 3 nights was a big mistakes. Services , cleanliness and facilities were below standard. U can easily spotted them from the moment u enter this hotel. Going inside their lifts were a nightmare..once we were going up to the loby , it stopped and drop off , even though only a few cm ... But come on.. I complaint to the staff he said they just finished servicing that lift a day before.. zzzz
