I spend my weekend before ramadhan and enjoying car free day event. The hotel is very nice, clean and they serve breakfast very well.
I love their carrot juice and waffle.
The shower is very good, wifi is good. Overall you will satisfied enjoy your weekend getaway at this hotel.More

I have been to Jakarta a few times, but never had an opportunity to stay at the Mandarin Oriental, so this time, when looking for a place for a short break, I decided on the Mandarin, and boy, what a lovely visit it turned out to be.
It was like the hotel had passed around a secret message to treat me and my wife like VVIPs... our Deluxe room got upgraded to a suite and every single interaction we had with the hotel staff: Carissa in the French Restaurant, Albert at the Concierge, the ladies at the entrance who insisted on waving us good-bye each time we got into a cab, the security gentleman who apologized each time he had to scan us... the list is endless... I have to say that if this is the quality of people at the Jakarta Mandarin, then they have a head-start over almost every hotel I have ever stayed in... THANK YOU guys...you made our visit very special!!!!

This was my first time to stay at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta. Upon arrival at airport, hotel representative was professional and transfer service was excellence. Once arrival at hotel, quickly checked-in at room was perfect with professional staff. Room was perfect, clean and comfortable but only small thing was room was a bit hot because my room was facing the afternoon sun but I love the view of facing the monument.
Club lounge on 21th floor was perfect. Staff were friendly and provided quickly assistance as need. I would like to thank you to all of them. I spent half of the day each day working with my college at there.
Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails are club lounge were perfect.
I would love to stay at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta again for my next business trip.

I always stay at the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta. It's in a great location with strong security, rooms are very large and comfortable with nice views of the city, a great gym and the service throughout the hotel is just excellent ! This last trip I was careless and left my pouch of jewellery behind & a Bose headset & my passport. The Mandarin Oriental staff found it, located me as I had already checked out. This will always be my hotel for all my trips to Jakarta

My boss has specifically recommended Mandarin Oriental for our 2-day business trip. When I asked her why, she reasoned out that it's a 5-star hotel that provides excellent service to its customers. From the time I arrived and checked in till I checked out and stepped out, your staff made me feel like a VIP. Now I know what my boss meant by what she said. To add on, my room is huge. How I wish I stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. I will definitely choose Mandarin Oriental again when I'm in Jakarta.

I stayed at the hotel for one night prior to my onward journey. The whole experience was 5 star. I was sorry that I couldn't stay longer in order to take advantage of all the hotel had to offer. I will certainly look at Mandarin Oriental hotels in other cities after this experience.
