Nice and Warm hotel

All the staffs are very helpful and kind. The hotel room is very good and clean. Enjoyed my stay here during my business trip...
Used the fitness facilities before work. The staff are very friendly and kind.

Another great stay and keep coming back! :)

I don't know how many times I stayed in this hotel, but every time I come to Jakarta for my business trip, I feel like coming back another home. Again, stay was just great, smooth and efficient check in/out by front desk team, amazing quality of the bed, great smiles at breakfast every morning, flawless wife in the room...for the first time, I also tried Chinese Restaurant, Xien Hwa (not sure with spelling) and again, it was a great experience. Food was very authentic, team was so attentive. Well done to the team for such a consistent service quality! Can't wait to coming back! :))

Room tip: This time, stayed on high floor with roundabout view, which was also amazing!

Royalty

If you're looking for royal treatment, I highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta. I don't know now they do it, but by the time you leave the check out counter, the entire staff knows you by name. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near fine shopping. If you're into movies, the shopping my houses a 4DX movie theater. It dates 3D movies back to the days of VHS movies. The restaurant offers reasonable priced dining and a bakery to die for. You will want for nothing at this hotel. If they're not able to provide you with something you may need, they will quickly find it elsewhere. The staff is very attentive to details. Always striving to provide each guest with the very best. I left a book in my room to return and find a Mandarin Oriental bookmark placed in the cover......who does that?! Only the Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta in my experience. :-) I would rate them superior, if that was an option.

Excellent Room and Service.. Love It!!

Service and room was excellent, we were treated very well during our stay in this hotel. Housekeeping team is always help me with our need and always care about our room (they ask us if we need a room refreshment and ask for refill the mineral water). In this opportunity, I would like to say Thank You for Front Office Team who helps me prepare birthday surprise for my sister and especially Mr. Harris (Front Office) for helping me during my check in and check out time. It was a delightful experience for me and my family during our stay.

For the breakfast on the Cinnamon, I think you should add pork menu for the variation because i can't find it during my breakfast.. And for the taste, I think you can improve that because based on my opinion, taste of the breakfast was so so for 5 stars hotel..

I hope you maintain your excellent service and please welcome me if I stay in your hotel again.. :)

Pleasant stay & delicious food

Stayed 2 nights for business trip. Pleasant stay with the big room and amenities. Food is nice at the restaurant, especially the Lyon, french restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely revisit.

Room tip: Selecting a room view that can see the big roundabout.
