Used to be very good in their early days, until they started rejuvenate themselves thru a much modern touch for its food as well as their outlet design. The place is great, quite cozy, strategically located on many areas in the city, but then again, as with all modern Indonesian food chain, the taste have become too mainstream, there is no more authenticity & originality. Service can be a bit frustrating during peak times, the chain should really improve on its customer service level, specially when it comes to the length of the food being ordered.
Probably the one menu that still has its own distinct flavor might be the satay menus, but the rest are just flat. Portions are very generous, well compensated by the price you're paying. All in all, it's an okay place if you just wanna grab a quick comfortable lunch but don't expect more if you're after a really good Indonesian cuisine.
