Description: Bali's only authentic Lebanese restaurant has been building its reputation as one of South East Asia's top Middle Eastern dining establishments. Head Chef Ziad Mzannar is accompanied by over 22 years of experience from the Middle East and Africa and delivers a wide array of the finest Lebanese and Middle Eastern dishes. From Hommos to Falafel on the vegetarian side to succulent grilled fish and tender grilled lamb kebabs; the menu covers all of Lebanon's famous exports and more. The venue is traditionally Lebanese themed with both table as well as cushioned ground seating available. An outdoor dining area surrounded by lush vegetation immediately reminds one that they are in fact in the tropics of Bali. Kick back and relax in the lounge area with aromatic shishas which are available in a plethora of different flavors, alongside the hymns and rhythms of classical arabic music. Events are held periodically hosting arabic musicians as well as belly dancing performances.Any visit to Bali would be incomplete without a stop here for those craving anything Middle Eastern!

Layali not only serves one of the best middle eastern foods in Indonesia, it can very well compete with any of the best arabic restaurants anywhere in the world ....
Their mezze is absolutely fresh and superb ... their breads are always served fresh and hot .. straight from the oven .... Try their Falafhel Kebabs or Mixed Platter .... everything is simply exquisite ...
The staff is friendly and Chef Ziad usually comes and checks if you are being served what you really wanted .... Amazing experience with lot of personal touch ....
Cant's wait to be there again ....

Passed this restaurant many times and it never seemed to be very busy. Eventually, my wife and I gave it a try.
What a pleasant surprise. Service was very good in English or Arabic. Food choice was very good with some great middle eastern choices. Value was great. Lastly and most importantly there were no ill affects. Definitely worth a try.
