I stayed here for 3 night on a tour. If I had not been on the tour I would have moved after a night. It is very cold outside the rooms, most of the lights in the corridor are kept off so it is dark finding your room and it smells of smoke as people can smoke anywhere except in the rooms. The entry light to my room did not work which left the room very dark as the lamps are not that good. The mattresses are worn and hard so you can feel all the springs. I put an extra duvet under me which helped a bit.
The shower was ok but e upper nozzle leaked water all over the bathroom, the lower one worked fine. Internet is patchy.
Best thing was the kettle so you could make a cup of tea after a day out. Breakfast was pretty horrible apart from the Nepalese cook making omelettes. He also cooks in the restaurant so the Nepalese food is not bad at all. Seems popular with tour groups.More
