Overall, this agency provided excellent service. But, the accommodation in EBC and Namsto were disappointed. EBC, 10 of us slept in the same camp, while earlier arrangement was 8 only. in Namsto, the hotel provided bad service, did not want to provide hot water, and the bed heater was not function properly.

Thanks for sharing the negative points for the accommodation in E.B.C and Namtso Lake, please kindly note that both places are the remote area with very limited condition, so the lodges there are very basic. However, I believe that the situation will be better as more and more tourists heading to Tibet.

I participated in the classic Tibet tour in August 2018. The visits are well organized, the guides are serious and prepared. The agency assist you in all your needs.

This was a amazing trip to some of the highlights of tibet with the guide tenzin witch was extremely prepared and had an amazing knowledge of the culture of tibet
The driver could be a little bit less agressive in his driving but was very helpfull for the rest
