To really soak in the curation quality and emotional reflection of The Nanjing Massacre Memorial, you would need a full day, 3 hours is a good taste, there is much to read and understand about an attrocious time in history within the walls and corridors of this majestically laid out Museum. It is simply a must see if you are traveling to Nanjing and I would book it if you have not considered it yet. It's a place where you get back perspective, and become even more "thankful for what you have", and that's a great feeling.
This is world class curation at it's finest, the interior lighting on exhibits was hauntingly good.
