Four of us chose this restaurant because we always like Mandarin Oriental.
Service was flawless as usual. Servers were pleasant, attentive and professional.
Atmosphere was not stuffy or pretentious.
For starter, I ordered 1/2 dozen of French Fines de Claire Oysters which were fresh and crunchy.
I had Beef Colette for main course. It was served inside a 'cookbook'! The creativity of food decoration was very impressive, playful yet artistic.
Souffle is must to have here and it was as delicious as expected.
It was simply a perfect dinner!
