The Mandarin Bar & Grill is without a doubt the best restaurant in HK. Chef Uwe Opocensky is a true artist and his creations never cease to amaze. We were lucky to sample some of his dishes for Art Basel week which were out of this world - every bite was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. It's a real experience and I cannot wait to go again. The service was impeccable too. Worth every penny!
