Loved the service. Our waitress was superb. The food was excellent. But does steak really have to cost that much to be good in Asia? I probably will go back to Morton's restaurants in Asia as long as there are few alternatives.

Our second time for anniversary dinner, as we loved it so much last time. The staff is so friendly and warmly welcomed us. Although the place was packed, all waiters knew our name and wished us happy anniversary. We had a sommelier coming to our table and evaluated all wines with us until we found that perfect bottle, which was indeed perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We didn't feel rushed at all but also never had to wait for a waiter to be there, once we needed something. We got a personalized menu with a printed greeting for us on the top. For dessert we got their incredible soufflee on the house, which came with a cream to dream of... Around the cream they had another greeting for us written in chocolate letters. They took a picture of us with the candle on the soufflee and five minutes later gave us a card, with the picture on it, signed by all staff, and saying Happy 11th Anniversary Mr and Mrs..! Amazing! The food was incredible, the steak was melting in our mouth, the spinach was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly, for the hash brown (Roesti) another lady came with the choice of bacon bits and sour cream. For starter I went for the Maine Lobster Cocktail which had plenty of big lobster pieces, husband took the Chopped Salad with blue cheese dressing which was amazing as well. The bread is fantastic with that special smoked onion taste but unfortunately you cannot eat all as you need to leave space for the main food. We were full but happy in the end. Definitely will come back for our next year anniversary! Unfortunately it's too pricey to come back more often. But worth the money!

We took my father in law as a thank you for letting us stay at his for 2 weeks. Last time we went Ruth's Chris which was better value. He ordered steak medium-well which we sent back as it was medium rare. Our food went cold while waiting. For these prices they should have taken all the food back to the kitchen to be kept warm. I asked for sauce to be heated to warm up the steak and it came back not 2 but 3 times - stone cold! £800 for dinner for 4 people. Wouldn't have minded if it was worth it, but it wasn't worth it.

Was very satisfied with my cajun steak and creamed spinach. My advice is, don't go for the free onion bread served before the meal because you'll run out of room for the steak. The prices are a little bit high, although it's worth it for the taste.

had dinner with 6 others guests the other night and was welcomed by a friendly crew. the scallops wrapped in bacon was superb and the center cut rib eye was excellent. it was probably the best rib eye i have had in a long time. And this is prime beef that cannot be found at any other usual steak houses. There is a difference that the real "Beef" lovers can distinguish.

some of my guests were hoping to get a prime rib, but that is only offered on Fridays and Saturdays. surely, there could be ways to accommodate some of the real beef aficionados that come to eat there. The prime rib is a major delicacy for those that have never had it before. so if you do have a chance to go there on Fridays or Saturdays, try it. I would suggest medium rare as that is the ideal serving temp and dab some raw horseradish with it to go along with your bite. You will enjoy the flavor!

I have been to many Morton's around the world and this one here is definitely the best with the view of Hong Kong harbor and the magnificent lights to go along with the great meal.
