We tried the express set lunch and it was good value for a 2* Michelin restaurant. There was nothing outstanding about the meal, but nothing bad either. I suppose the real "star" dishes are to be found from the main dinner menu.

Having had dinner at the Pierre Gagnaire restaurant in Dubai the week before, i wanted to renew the experience and i was not disappointed. Same level of excellent , imaginative cuisine , french cooking at its best . I took the five course truffle menu and i was overwhelmed . It was even better than in Dubai . If you like french cuisine , you cannot find better . Marvelous wine list and excellent service . Try to have a table with direct harbour view . It adds a magic touch to this feeric experience . Very expensive but worth it .

We had the black truffle tasting menu at Pierre's. Each of the five dishes were truffly memorable -- particularly the sea bream on a bed of toasted barley and smothered in a delicious truffle sauce. We asked the amazingly professional, personable and unpretentious sommelier to pair wines for us and he came up with refreshingly creative wines that matched the truffle flavors perfectly. The meal ended with a mini-tasting of I can't remember how many delectable dessert bites. Yes, a truffle tasting menu is decadent, but the delicate and creative preparation of the meal was truffly unforgettable!

the decor here is quite nice and refreshing, not at all stuffy like most French restaurants tend to be. The menu is quite nice, a few varieties for different budget. service is attentive, smart and professional. the food is ok, like what u expect fine french dining to be. don't expect exploding palette in ur mouth though. a nice experience. i probably would not go back to eat because there are so many other places to try in hong kong.

Dined there with my husband for our anniversary. We had a 4 course meal for lunch. Food was well presented and executed. However as a 3 Michelin stars, we had high expectation. The desert we had was very average, other courses were good but not exceptional. Service and ambience was very good though.
