Description: Grissini commands panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. Its contemporary interior design and modern Tony Delapp paintings conjure up the feeling of a stylish New York restaurant. Dramatically situated at the entrance is a large baking oven, where freshly baked grissini breadsticks fill the whole restaurant with a delicious aroma. The grissini breadsticks are served during lunch and dinner. Not to mention Chef Alessandro's signiture Warm Mediterranean red prawn, fresh burrata cheese, tomato confit, basil, anchovies, "Tarallo" biscuit and an extensive selection of Italian wines that is displayed in the two-storey wine cellar with an impressive floor-to-ceiling Vinotheque. Fresh grinded coffee served by "La Cimbali" coffee machine and Aperol Spritz are available.

Great restaurant, with a good service, its name "Grissini" maybe given for the Grissini they serve you, with great flavour, they are so soft and at the same time crunchy outside, the beef carpaccio one of the best I have tried. I definitely recommend this place.

As someone who is quite picky about the quality and authenticy of Italian food, I was a very happy diner in this fine establishment. We had a chance to meet the Chef de Cuisine before the meal, and I followed his recommendation for the Bufala with Artichokes, which was phenomenal. I then had the osso bucco, and it melt in my mouth with great flavors. It is one of the best Italian meals I have had, even counting my frequent trips to Italy.

Looking back @ my previous visit in this restaurant i was hoping for a repeat of the same quality . View still the same , service is still very good but food quality atleast main courses where poorly executed. Pasta was well coocked but sauce in my case lobster sauce hardly had any taste and lobster was chewy in such a way that it was not realy pleasent to eat. 2 apetizers ( parma ham , a few small slices of tomatos and mosarella ) as two very small plates of pasta. A bottle of water and two glases of cheap chianti wine , 1650 kh$ i find it very expensive . Maybe it would be smarter to visit other italian restaurant in hk as having eaten here average food for such a price i find a waste of time and money.

Located in the Grand Hyatt Wanchi, this fine Italian resteraunt has high ceilings with windows from floor to ceiling which offers lovely views of Victoria harbour.
Even if you do not have a table next to the window the raised areas still draw you into the view.
The service was impeccable with the Chef de Cuisine coming to our table to introduce himself. Always a nice touch that makes you feel that the house really wants you to enjoy yourself and that you are important to them.
As expected the prices are on the high end with most wines being HK$700 per bottle. But what a great variety of Italian wines to choose from.
Food was very enjopyable and tasty with the presentation being spot on the mark.
