I went to the outlet at The Peak. They had afew variation of egg tarts, 1 with bacon bits, the original puffy crust egg tart, the normal crust & some others. Also visited the outlet at Tsing Yi MTR, but there wasnt much selection. Some variations wasnt available there.

The puffy crust egg tart was great. It wasnt too sweet, the crust was light, puffy & crispy. It kind of disintegrate when you bite into it.

Big crowd at the shop due to high rating. The egg tart is ok for me with delicious egg in the center, is even more delicious because is baked fresh from oven.

Anyone who likes egg tarts have to try Tai Cheong Bakery. They are all freshly baked and thus the egg tarts are always fresh and warm. Be careful when you are eating because it is so soft, it will disintegrate if you press it with just a bit of fingers strength. That is how fresh and soft the egg tarts are.

For a healthier option, try the egg white egg tart. Although missing the flavor of the egg yolk, the egg white egg tart is still delicious.
