Staying at the Shangri-La, we ate both breakfast and dinner at Cafe Too.
Breakfast is great - the restaurant is airy and the tables aren't too close together so you aren't too cramped when it gets crowded. The breakfast buffet (HKD308) has great options - all the cooked to order eggs you would want and all the western add-ons (bacon, sausages, mushrooms etc), a dim sum/yum cha station, HK noodle soup station, cereal and toast station, fruit....really all you could want both asian and western! Try out everything and have a leisurely breakfast. Cuppachinos and Lattes are included in the price which is nice, and try out the guava juice which was yum!
The dinner buffer (relatively expensive at ~HKD650) does have a large range of seafood (lots of lobser, crab, shrimp etc), sushi, hot western food, hot asian food, indian food, and a large dessert bar. Not as cheap as the high-end Las Vegas buffets (but then again, they are competing with a lot more in vegas so understandly cheaper) but was still great value and they had great service too.
Highly recommend both breakfast and dinner there.
