“Go for the view. Stay for the food.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 15, 2012 via mobile

This is a great place for breakfast or a casual lunch. Th breakfast buffet has a large selection of food. The lunch menu is extensive and everything I ate has been well prepared. The view is really the show stopper. An amazing view of Hong Kong harbor. And twice a day a cruise ship goes by that really makes it outstanding. At 8pm there is a light show across the harbor. Go for the view stay for the food.

“Wahyu Burger. Place to have one”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 9, 2012

We couldn't get a seat in the Lobby Lounge as there was a queue (the norm in Hong Kong), but managed to get a table at the Restaurant. Same menu available at the lobby lounge, we ordered the high tea set and the wahyu burger.

You gotta taste it. Melts in your mouth.
Place not to be missed when in Hong Kong (if you dont stay at the hotel)

“Awesome bubbly sunday brunch”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 4, 2012

One word: QUALITY! I come here once a year for their Sunday champagne brunch, and although a bit pricey (around 900 HKD with free flow champagne, service charges included), it is really worth the spending. Buffet is huge, has high quality ingredients, including fresh seafood (lobsters, alaska crab legs, sashimis...), and least but not last, free flow Perrier Jouet, which to me is far better than the Moet & Chandon they used to serve a few years ago. In terms of service, you never have to draw attention to an empty glass: service is swift and proactive, with friendly (yet discreet) waiters filling your glass quicker than their shadow...
Only small "down" note if you are agoraphobic: place gets crowded, especially at 11.30 (opening of the buffet). Either ask a table in a quiet corner (especially if you are in romantic company), or enjoy a few glasses of Perrier Jouet first, before going to the buffett: this will avoid you some queuing! Queue fades pretty fast after the 30-40 first minutes of opening of the buffet, so do not let that be a reason not to try this great sunday brunch!

“Amazing corner”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 29, 2012

It is not about the restaurant, but about the lobby cafeteria in this hotel. Very amazing corner. Lovely music, nice corner to see the HK skyline. I tried Margarita some places but this is the best one I ever drunk.
Excellent.

“Buffet on Sundays”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 26, 2012

The food buffet on Sundays is a must. If your visiting Hong Kong, book ahead as difficult to get a table. Upgrade to the free-flowing French champagne...there are lobsters, prawns, etc and wonderful hot dishes. Have been to many a buffet in Hong Kong, and this is definitely the best!
