They were busy, but that's no excuse for not being friendly and welcoming. I ordered spring rolls, hot and sour soup, and a beef dish (with leeks). It came in reverse order. The beef...was steaming hot...and arrived on a sizzling plate. The soup was warm at best. The spring rolls were hot, but didn't have much in them. With a little more effort, this place would be amazing. They could be nicer though...I neer felt comfortable being there.
