The restaurant is cozy and the setting is good. The waiters here were very friendly and ready to assist. They are very helpful with food selection if you aren't quite sure what to order. The food was truly authentic.I have ordered a Cheese fondue, raclette cheese, Crab meat pancake with lobster-Armagnac cappuccino.

Well, you don't do too much fondue while you're in Asia, do you?
So whenever you feel like having that French/Swiss night out, consider this place as a safe bet.
The attention and service are great. The staff is very nice and will explain anything you want to know about the menu.
The quality if this place is exactly the same as in any restaurant in Paris, and their wine selection is to die for.
From great Chilean wines starting at 600 HKD to bottles priced over 100,000 HKD. If you ever open one of those overhundredthousandHKD bottles... Please invite me.
Last, a walk around The Peninsula is romantic, exciting and inspiring. All at the same time. After all, You're in Hong Kong!

It's the one Swiss restaurant that serves traditional Swiss dishes year-round and where a person can get a cheese fondue and raclette for one. They told me that their sausages are delivered by air daily directly from Switzerland. The location in the Peninsula is convenient and the atmosphere is cozy.

Flawless service, old timer Maitre d's are friendly and cheerful. We love the cheese fondues for appetizers in the winter. The chef can actually make anything for you even if it is not on the menu. It's a real treat, but it's not easy to have a table unless reservations are made well in advance these days
