Nice and quiet location at the outskirts of the city. Staff were polite and helpful. Having a shuttle bus service to the train station was a definite plus for convenience. Terrific view of the harbour

We (my wife & I) stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it. Our room was an Executive Harbour View room on 28th floor with good view and amenities.

Breakfast buffet had a wide range of Continental dishes. Although there was only a single Indian Vegetarian dish in ala carte menu but it was tastier than normal Indian restaurant food.

The front desk was very helpful in providing all necessary information which a tourist would need.

Only drawback of staying there was its location, which is off the way from all the sight seeing or shopping destinations. Free shuttle service is available but frequency is very less.

I would suggest to stay and relax at the hotel and enjoy its lounge.

Room Tip: Try corner rooms on higher floor...

A very good business hotel with all amenities. Rooms are a bit small (expected in HK) but are very tastefully done and space management is excellent. The staff go out of the way to help - right from the front desk, concierge, restuarant staff and housekeeping. Got very good advice on sights to see around the city and good recommendations on travel options. The lounge is very peaceful and conducive to catching up on work, also very well designed seating areas so that you dont get disturbed by others on the phone. Breakfast choices are excellent as well and is a very good spread. The only possible glitch is the location, if you are taking a taxi back from certain parts of the city you might have a problem getting one as quite a few drivers seem to be unaware of this hotel.

Room Tip: High room as the views of the ocean are great

Loved the decor in the room and the view I can see from my window on 24th floor. It's a bit out from central but convenient by public transportation via bus or tram. Some good restaurants close by in 20minz transportation time.

The hotel itself is very clean, the decor is pleasantly modern, the staff are very helpful. We needed to print our boarding passes, and the attendant was glad to help us, even though the business lounge area was reserved for executive guests. The room itself is good sized for Hk standards, although the regular guest rooms do not have a bathtub. I particularly appreciated the large floor to floor windows and the fact that the Internet connection was good inside the room and was complimentary.

The bad: it's quite a bit of a ride from the metro, and the closest metro station is sheung wan, located on a rather inconvenient line. The hotel provides a shuttle to central station and the piers, but the schedule quite spaced. We ended up taking the Tram to the metro every time we needed to go out. They come very often, and cost almost nothing. Although we loved it at the beginning with the open windows and charming two stores design, it's still a good 10-15 min ride to and from the hotel every time.

All in all, it was a very good deal for us, considering the price we paid, but I wouldn't suggest this hotel to travellers who are on a tight schedule, or like to go back to their hotel often to freshen up, only due to the amount of time connecting between the hotel and the main metro system.

What a pleasant surprise: this is the best affordable option in Hong Kong. The rooms are a nice size, with modern decor, fantastic bathroom with a rain shower, and comfortable bed. The fitness rooms has new exercise equipment and a great view of the harbor. The breakfast buffet is spectacular, offering both international and local fare. The executive lounge is worth including with your reservation, as it offers a private space with a small breakfast buffet. The neighborhood is not the best but if you are adventurous it has many small marketplaces for fresh fruit, banks for currency exchange, and many restaurants plus several 7 Eleven stores that are open late.

We stayed for a week over the Chinese New Year. The room was a good size for Hong Kong and we got an upgrade to a harbour view which really made it. The tram stop is just around the corner and the bus to the airport leaves outside.

Room Tip: try to get a harbour view
