Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in March 2014. The hotel is nice with a sky lobby at the 41st floor giving good views over Tsuen wan and Tsing Yi and also Hong Kong in the distance.
The hotel is close the Tsuen Wan West MTR station giving you access to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. One major draw back is there is only free wifi in the lobby which is very slow when there is a lot of people using it, I would recommend you go to the park next to the hotel and use the free government wifi.
Had a problem with the TV and when it couldn't be resolved was given a nice big room over looking the harbour with amazing views.
The hotel is used by a lot of yours from mainland china and so the lobby can be unbelievable busy and also the lifts going up to the sky lobby. Since the hotel is in the new territories you don't get a lot of westerners which can put some people off but the staff try their hardest to help.
There are two pools the indoor one is open all year and is like swimming in a fish tank definitely worth a go. The outdoor pool only opens from 1st April till 1st October even though it was warm when we were there and would have been nice to swim in the pool as it's warm weather to us, and it's a big pool.

Hotel is on top of a shopping mall with Starbucks and pacific coffee and can be cheaper to go there than the hotel for breakfast.

Overall a nice hotel with good views (if you can get the right room). Definitely going to stay again.

Really a great hotel ...
Big Rooms, Nice Bathroom, Nice Lobby, Nice Location,
but it will be greater if you have the wifi access in the rooms as it at the lobby,
Breakfast box is also Good ...

Overall --> Very good

Room Tip: every rooms has a great view to Hong Kong area

This is my second stay in this hotel. Last time I visited here was almost six years ago, the impressions were "Huge Room" with "Excellent View", but I only stayed here for 1 night. Finally, I visited here again in March for business, the room still huge, view still excellent, but lobby and restaurant became much noisy and window view became much foggy, however, this is a very nice & convenience hotel for those who trip to Tsuen Wan district.

My wife and I stayed at the Nina in March 2014.I was really impressed with the service offered. The room(51st floor)was amazing. The view over the harbour without compare. The front office staff were attentive and very helpful and nothing was of to much trouble.Checking in and out with no hassle.I must mention James, his help and assistance were more than we could wish for.If I ever pass this way again,Nina would be my choice.

Room Tip: Choose a high floor for view

Hotel located at good location, but with the price, many other good location hotel can be found in HK.
Hotel staff is unfriendly and rude.
Especially their reservation department, they will deny and refuse to assist to check my booking and take note on my request. They will reply in in robotic response.
As a 5* hotel, this is unacceptable.
I can found and heard the staff is argue with other guest with impolite voice and unprofessional.
