Spent 3 nights in a room on the 67th floor, Tower Nr. 2 with harbour view.
On a positive note: the view was breathtaking, and we enjoyed sitting at the window, drinking our (complementary) coffee, watching the action in the harbour.
Now to the negative Points:
After check-in, when trying to use the wash basin, it was plugged up, causing brownish stuff to float in the sink.
This should have been noticed during cleaning by the staff. Afterall, a sink needs to drain during and after cleaning. We called to have the problem fixed and left the Hotel. When we returned around midnight, the sink still did not drain , and we had to call again and then needed to wait for the maintenance staff.
After a 12 hour flight and 8 hours of sightseeing, it would have been nice to be able to brush your teeth and get into bed as opposed to having to wait for maintenance to arrive. The man came twice, first to check the sink and a second time to fix it.

Breakfast was included in the room rate. Arriving in the Restaurant at around 09:50 hrs, there was no 'Good Morning!' but a rather gruff 'Breakfast finishes at 10:30!' We heard the same thing 3 mornings in a row with no smiles ever.
The bacon, sausages, and the hash browns were cold. The toast had to travel through the toaster 3 times to brown even slightly. We addressed these problems, and the Manager on duty assured us she'd bring our points of complaints up to the staff. Doubting that anything will change - you might still be lucky, should you decide to chose this Hotel. We shall not know, as we shall not be back.
So - cold food and unfriendly service - it's definitely not worth it. We should have listened to other reviewers.
We called the front desk, as we needed to have some flowers delivered, and were connected with the Concierge. This is a simple request for a service I would expect to be provided by a Hotel with this rating.
Was told that we should come down, and we would be shown a flower shop on the map, and we could get the flowers ourselves, as this kind of service was not provided by the Concierge.
Even with the reduction in rates, we do not feel it was worth it.
On our next stay in Hongkong, we shall chose a different Hotel.

stayed here for 3 nights in March, the building itself is very impressive and a short walk away from MTR. Overall very happy with the room , great view stayed on 60th floor. Only ate here once in the buffet on ground floor, food was excellent.Loved the bathroom with glass wall. Only negative points, takes ages to get to the room , 2 lifts and also staff had no english, i advised didn't want the room cleaned and they insisted on cleaning it while I was in it. It felt like a good safe location, close to a shopping centre and 7/11 store , plenty of eateries nearby. One other negative was that the outdoor pool was closed as wasn't heated and staff advised didn't open until the summer. ( wasn't that cold though 20C)...the other indoor pool was nice though, would probably stay here again. Internet was pay per day also which was a bit annoying..

My husband and I chose to stay with Nina Hotel because of its reasonable rate. The hotel itself is quite nice and clean. However, it is quite far from a lot of the attractions. The one and only thing that drives my husband and I crazy is the tour groups from mainland China. It does not matter what time the day it is, the lobby is always filled with these Chinese tour groups. We felt like we were in a cattle market all of time! People from these tour groups are loud and obnoxious. You can hear them running around in the hallway in the middle of the night! Bottom line is Nina hotel is an ok hotel if you do mind crowds.

We stayed at the hotel before embarking on our cruise ship..Couldn't fault the hotel, we arrived earlier than we should have, were upgraded..As most rooms have two double beds in it, its fantastic value for families (we have seven)..View was magnificent..kids thought it was great they could watch tv at the same time as having a bath...Room was quite a decent size for Hong Kong..Forget smoking and non-smoking floors...they smoke even on the non-smoking floors.. Beds are rock hard, but surprising enough when your tired from a busy day out, you will sleep practically anywhere..the pillows however are terrible...lobby was always crowded with people just sitting around, and very loud, but check in and out are very fast...having a shopping centre built into the hotel was fantastic and very convenient, and the prices were even better than some things at the markets on Nathan Road...however the supermarket outside the hotel (which we found completely by accident) is a lot cheaper and bigger. The MTR takes about 2 minutes to get to, 5 with baggage..and it doesnt take to long to get pretty much anywhere you wish to go to in Hong Kong...Next time we go to Hong Kong we definately stay here again

We stayed here during our tour around China, HK and Macau. The hotel is certainly nice and feels like a very crowded 5 star hotel. It connects to a shopping centre and department store which can be very convenient. It is about a 5-10 min walk to the nearest MTR station. It is quite far from Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok etc. We ended up catching a cab back to the hotel at night from Mong Kok because the MTR ride was a bit of a hassle when carrying your shopping around and having to walk back from the MTR station.

We arrived at breakfast late, so did not have the best food around. I assume the quality of food would have been better and fresher if we came earlier - staff stopped putting out fresh food when we arrived. The restaurant was very nice, but dim. I think they should've put on brighter lighting for breakfast and lunch, and have the dim lights for dinner.

Room Tip: The hotel usually reserves half a floor or an entire floor for tour groups. Avoid these floors. They get VERY noisy in the morning and afternoon/night around check in/check out, breakfast, bed time.
