This is a new restaurant, but many of the faces will be well known to people who have been around Hong Kong restaurants for a few years. This means you get the benefit of seasoned pros, but also new and interesting flavours. The menu is great - food you will recognise, but with a really nice twist. The seafood laksa, for example, is fresh, tasty and well balanced, unlike many other laksas you may try. The prawns are delightfully cooked with a tangy sauce on the side and everyone will want to save room for Catch's twist on donuts for dessert.

The service is attentive without being intrusive, the wine list is concise, but right on the mark and the feel is relaxed. We really enjoyed our meal there and will very certainly be back.

Tried this newbie at Kennedy Town, HK for dinner. Although the place is small and doesn't have a view, we enjoyed the dinner. Has a good collection of wine, we ordered a white NZ Chardonnay, a hallumi cheese salad, some fries, laksa and a spinach pastry, everything was delightful. Limited menu, isn't cheap but quality is really good. Restaurant staff was very serviceable and prompt. Definitely a good place to try.

A little taste of Melbourne in Hong Kong. I took 3 work colleagues out for lunch and decided that we'd abandon the usual hang outs in Cyberport, and head to Catch on Catchick in Kennedy Town for a nice change. All 4 of opted for the 3 course set menu for around HK $120, including a coffee or soft drink. The entrees of Cajun calamari and grilled prawns were served with a good helping of green salad, all very nicely seasoned and very tasty. The gents all choose the fish wrap and chips, and I went with the fish laksa for main. My laksa was delicious, a delicate balance of fresh flavours, spicy and tangy. Dessert was REAL coffee with doughnut balls and white chocolate dipping sauce, a nice treat at the end of a very pleasant lunch. Friends from Melbourne had recommended Catch, and I can see why. The service, decor and menu all have a very modern Australian feel. I'll definite be back again!

Located in Kennedy Town (15 mins tops on tram from central Hong Kong) this gorgeous restaurant deserves a visit if you're needing a western style meal during your time in Hong Kong.

With a party of 5 we managed to order a lot of the menu and everything was fresh, superbly cooked and beautifully presented...not forgetting a great wine menu. Plus the prices were much less than we'd been paying in the more touristy parts of town.

Stylish fit out, lovely staff and every detail thoughtfully chosen.

Make sure you keep room for dessert...the passionfruit & mango cheesecake in a jar is a must try! Plus as another reviewer has mentioned the coffee is superb and expertly made.

What a great find! An excellent menu, not too big but with a good selection of fresh and delicious choices. The beer battered fish and chips were outstanding and the coffee sublime, especially when you are craving a real coffee with real milk! Staff were friendly and efficient and the place had a nice relaxed feel.
