Owner description: This massive Mongkok street market is one of the best spots in the city to pick up a bargain. Find T-shirts, cheongsams, silk pyjamas, chopsticks, handbags, belts, hair accessories, toys, and more.

This is A very crowded, vibrant place and is good for a walk down if you want to experience Hong Kong street markets. Lots of shops pretty much selling same things . Lots of street music and street food as well. Did not enjoy the same, esp. because we were traveling with young kids. Would have enjoyed it if it was a shopping day out with girl friends . Instead we went to a small shopping lane near central mtr ( next to McDonald's) which pretty much had everything , but was much smaller and much less crowded. I forgot the name, but the directions are mentioned in the central mtr station.

A good place for a good bargain, and great for practicing those haggling skills. The market itself was easy to find from the MTR. Mong Kok however is extremely busy. There's some fast food restaurants in the area, but finding somewhere for a quick bite and a sit down was impossible!

We bought some souvenirs for family back home, and there's a lot of fake handbags and the sort you can buy here. I would recommend coming here for the experience, make sure your wearing comfortable shoes though!

I'm not a big fan of 'markets' full of rip-offs so this didn't do much for me. We decided to go for a walk when we arrived at our hotel and this was near by. It was 10:30 pm and still super busy, like all the streets of Hong Kong.

A Place to Bargain for what you want. Do not hold back or be ashamed to bargain otherwise get ripped off. Merchants are open to negotiate and will sell for a reasonable mark-up

I do not recommend this market. All the stalls sell the same low quality products. tourists seem to like it but I cannot understand why!
