“Great shopping, restaurants & walking (especially if you like hills)”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 23, 2014

Soho has great shopping, mostly consisting of smaller shops or boutiques so it is a great place to go for an afternoon. You can also find a lot of great things to take home as gifts for your friends. In addition to great hopping, there are a lot of smaller restaurants, with every type of cuisine. Lastly, there are a lot of hills and stairs so take the time to explore them and you will find great beauty, unique trees, art galleries or even historic points of the city. It is a wonderful neighborhood for both locals and visitors that is easily accessible.

Well worth a visit - nice bars at night, buzzing atmosphere, and amazing to see all the fresh seafood shops in the daytime / evening.

3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 8, 2014

Nice area and fun to wander around and explore there are some good indivudal stores here with good places to eat, but this is where the HK expat community wine and dine, if you want to be with the locals it won't be in SoHo.

“SoHo is not only a place to visit in the night, take a nice stroll in the day and be pleasantly surprised”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 1, 2014 via mobile

SoHo is not only a place to visit in the night. The hole in a wall specialty shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants were one of a kind. Unique, chic and cool factor is there.
For some reason, most reviewers just mentioned about night life and restaurants but it kind of misleading. There is a street along Hollywood road that has a couple of vintage and antique shops. There are a couple more here and there found in Aberdeen st, bridges st, gough st, but some have moved out.
After a stroll, you can take a break and visit the Agnes b cafe there for coffee, pastry and people watching.
Tai cheong egg tart is also tucked in one of those slopes. There was a home decor and furniture shop next to.Tai Cheong is also worth the visit.
I bought a home diffuser with a unique fragrance ~ cucumber and basil. It wasrefreshing and most of all it is not a common scent and. Immediately fell in love with it.
Take the escalator up to mid level and then explore the alleys and byways, if you take your time, you will find some treasures.
