The skyline that typifies Hong Kong can be seen at its best from
Tsim Sha Tsui. Day or night you can enjoy the illuminated skyline from here. It's just a few steps from the Star Ferries so easy to reach.

Looking for the Best Views of Hong Kong? Bring your camera and walk this promenade. Day and especially night you will be afforded one of the best views of Hong Kong. Ideal for the 8pm light show but make sure you get there early as it gets busy at night.

It is also useful for getting to Nathan Road or the Harbour city shopping mall from here.

From Hong Kong Island you can take the star ferry or MTR.

The promenade on Kowloon-side is great. I have spent 4 days here watching people make use of this space. They are not jus tourists, but local families making use of the foreshore and light show. Of a morning there are the slower walkers (like me) and the runners.
I find in Hong Kong which is very densely populated that people deal with crowding well. In Australia crowds push. In Hong Kong the merge. In the morning, on the promenade there is no crowd. The breeze of the water is cooling and you can see a very busy city and harbour come to life.
My only criticism was the only toilet on the route was n=meant to open at 07:00. it was still shut at 07:15 which curtailed my walk.

This place allows for fantastic view points into Hong Kong area. The upper deck gets crowded but Is well worth it. Try to come early and see the star Gerry's come and go.
