I suggest walking the Promenade if you enjoy boat watching and people watching. Make sure to have your camera ready when you go!

“Spotlessly clean - beautiful view”
Reviewed April 4, 2013

Excellent way to spend some time - walking the promenade along the harbour side - no cigarette butts or graffiti - many people walking at night felt very safe and secure.

“Take pictures”
Reviewed March 29, 2013

Remember the famous Hong Kong Harbour View. This is the best spot to take picture. You can take MTR and get off at Tsiu Sha Tsui, exit Intercontinental hotel side. After that you can catch ferry back to wan Chai, next to Hong Kong exhibition convention centre.

“Enjoyable Both Day and Night”
Reviewed March 20, 2013

This is one of the main attractions in the Hong Kong, both day and night, offering a good walk along the Victoria harbor, especially during Christmas time you get to enjoy some holiday lights that are decorated on the full wall of Wing On Plaza while if you feel like, you can check out those bars and lounges with live bands downstairs right across from the harbour walk.

If you keep walking, you will reach Avenue of the Stars and seriously, this is much nicer and is with a better Skyline view than the real Hollywood Walk of Fame and the sea water breeze. Since it’s also along Hong Kong Cultural Centre (opera, plays, concerts and ballet), Hong Kong Space Museum, The Clock Tower and Harbour City, it’s a very popular walk before or after visiting those destinations.

During day time you will see from athletes running along the water, baby strollers taking a leisure walk, or families and lovers enjoying some relaxing time. At night, you will find more younger people hanging out, some fanatic photographers capturing the Never Sleep city lights, and tourists who are taking a boat ride absorbing the breathtaking view from a different perspective.
