Central Plaza isn't much of an actual tourist destination but is one of a number of nice skyscrapers that collectively make up Hong Kong's fantastic skyline, which vies for the best in the world. This building was the highest in Asia for a few years in the mid 1990s. Now its not even the highest in HK.
Central Plaza sits just beyond the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and makes for nice viewing from Kowloon side near the TST Promenade and Avenue of Stars area, where the best pictures can be made.
