Stayed in l600 corner room which is excellent with separate sitting area great if guests are netting you at your room. Not much point paying extra for corner room though as there's buildings on all sides and you need to keep your blinds down for privacy. You can still leave them a bit drawn so it is brighter though.

At the original mo room design is not as good but you can get harbor views which is nicer.

Room service was excellent- my son has multiple food allergies and they catered for that with no issues. They also provided all the amenities for toddler including potty.

Used a lot of in room wifi. Fast no issues.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Small selection with not much appeal. Lots of short lounges to sit on which looks nice but I prefer to eat on a proper table and chair.

Room Tip: L600 is great. Would definitely recommend over 450

Dear Madame,

On behalf of the team at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, thank you for your review of our hotel. I’m pleased that our room design, internet access, and services exceeded your expectations and we’re sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your breakfast in MO Bar which offers buffet and a la carte breakfast in a casual setting. We also offer breakfast in Amber, our two Michelin star restaurant on 7/F, for guests who prefer a more formal dining experience - we hope to welcome you at Amber on your next visit to Hong Kong.

Kind regards,
Vivian Li
Director of Communications

This is a good hotel but in Hong Kong there are great hotels at the same price. The rooms are quite small. The facilities are very limited. There are only two dining options - a two Michelin star restaurant or a bar that plays very loud music in the evening as it tries to creare a nightclub atmosphere.

Dear Sir

Thank you for reviewing our hotel and we’re sorry to hear that you found the dining options limited and the rooms small. However, please note that not only are we located in the premier district of Hong Kong, in the heart of Central, next to many of the city’s key commercial buildings as well as some of the best luxury shopping in the region, our rooms have an average size of 540 sq ft, which is amongst some of the largest average room sizes in Hong Kong. Although we only have two F&B outlets, should you wish for more fine dining options, we also have L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Otto e Mezzo and Yung Kee, all of which are also Michelin star restaurants, as well as Zuma and Sevva which are all less than a five minute walk away. Our concierge would be more than happy to assist with recommendations for dining options on your next visit.

Kind regards,
Vivian Li

Beautiful suites, gorgeous bathrooms. Great location- close to all the best shops. Fitness center, conference rooms, banquets- everything you need all in one place.
The staff is very helpful. Visit Lan Kwai Fong for a fun night and good food.
The hotel is connected to a luxury mall so you can shop all te brands you want and walk straight back to the hotel. Marks and Sparks across the street as well. Starbucks about 8 minute walk. Room service is excellent and surprizingly well priced. Beds are huge and comfy.

Expensive and some what un-flexible due to their limited number of rooms, but it is a place where they remember you and greet you by name. It is reliable and predictable. Over the years we have stayed here a number of times. They get most things right. I wish they would have coffee / tea facilities in the rooms. There is certainly enough space to accommodate.

I loved this hotel. Stayed here while my husband was working for a week in HK. The rooms are huge, beautiful bathrooms and great amenities. You are central to the subway, amazing shopping, the Peak Tram, SoHo and the piers. It was so easy to step out and explore.

The staff are great, the gym is good for a basic workout and very large.

Every detail is thought of for you! I can't really say much else except book this hotel!

If you like a high end boutique hotel in a perfect location look no further. First time to Hong Kong and certainly won't be my last. Anything you need the staff will deliver promptly. I had a very full meeting schedule in various cities that required planes, trains, and automobiles all of which the staff assisted in scheduling.
