My second visit to FE in two years' time. I stayed here for 3 nights for work. A very nice room with a decent size and everything that you need. The room was clean and bright (it had a habour view). Housekeeping needed more polishing - broken glass was not removed from my toilet and it almost cut my finger. There was no night down service for the first night. In room service dining menu was very complicated to read - i ordered wrongly twice. Asked for a mangement guy to call me back but i never got to hear from him / her. For the price it charged me, i was definitely expecting more than such service.

Room Tip: Try to ask for a habourview room upon check in. The view was worth it.

I stayed here for 5 nights for work - very nice room with everything you need and a decent size rom which apparently is rare in HK.

The hotel staff were very attentive and we had great service throughout our stay. We chose this hotel as it's only one of two (from memory) that have a rooftop pool and bar which we took full advantage of.

Seemed like a good location being attached to the IFC shopping centre which has pretty much anything you want including an Apple store. That said, we got taxi's everywhere else.

I would definately go back there although I think there are probably better value places if you are happy to sacrifice the roof top pool & bar.

I stayed for two nights at the hotel while attending a conference. The location is great for business being part of the IFC complex with its connectivity to offices in Central, the attached shopping centre and airport express train.

The rooms are very spacious (and not just by Hong Kong standards) as are the bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable, the desks and chairs very functional, nice TVs, good in room bar selection and toiletries in the bathroom. The bathtubs could be a little bigger but the showers are great.

Overall the service is smart and efficient albeit not particularly warm. The hotel has some great restaurants including Caprice, the European fine dining place with I think has 2 michelin stars and a highly rated Chinese place. The attached IFC complex also has a number of restaurants and bars.

This time I walked around the rooftop pool which is a nice spot (albeit its still got nothing on the stunning indoor pool at the Peninsula across the harbour).

On balance, the Four Seasons is a high quality property, very consistent, very polished and hard to go wrong. If you're looking for something with a little more old world charm and personality, the Mandarin Oriental across the road maybe more your thing and is also highly recommended (see my review on this property).

Room Tip: Obviously if you are prepared to pay a little more, or get upgraded, a harbour view room is always n...

The Four Seasons Hong Kong was absolutely perfect for my two night stay in the city. From the moment that I arrived to the second that I left the level of service and attention to detail was second to none. I had a deluxe harbour view room on the 23rd floor which was stunning and spacious with everything that I could wish for.

The hotel also boasts great leisure facilities which I utilised including a well equipped 5th floor gym and amazing 6th floor spa. The heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi are definitely worth a visit - a great way to start the day.

Would love the opportunity to return

Room Tip: The higher your floor, the better the view. Go for a Harbour View room.

The four seasons is on the harbour on the central part of Hong Kong. It is close to everything. .We walked to the train station, ferry wharf, all of the central food markets and SOHO, the main restauarant area. The incredible escalator which takes you up the hill to SOHO and the markets is a 5 minute walk through the attached shopping centre. The Peak tram and Hong kong park.were an easy 15-20 minute walk. Whilst this is convienient the best thing about this hotel is the service. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and our view was to die for. The hotel contains two 3 michelin star restaurants as well as a pool bar and restaurant, the lounge restaurant and the blue bar. The pool is on the 6th floor and has a wet edge overlooking the harbour. We have just arrived home (dec) and the weather was cool but warm enough to sit around the pool or enjoy the hot spa.I would stay there again.

Truly the best - is very expensive and I saved up for this extraordinary experience. Their infinity pool is even better than the one that gets more media coverage in Singapore. Wonderful view of the city or the peak (depending on the room you are in). Every inch of detail from check in till check out was accounted for and well planned. They even drive you in their shuttle to the airport train.

The food was excellent (I had 2 meals there this stay, and had 2 meals there on previous visits to Hong Kong). Claire Blackshaw, their in-house PR Director, was very pleasant as I raved to her about the hotel.

I wish I could afford to come more often.

By the way, I sincerely LOVE this hotel and find it the best. If you read my other hotel posts, you will see that I DO know how to complain, but I have absolutely no complaints about this one.

Cheers to all who can stay here even if for only 1 night!

Room Tip: Don't miss a swim in the infinity pool. Also, the men's changing area has a jacuzzi larger t...
