I cannot say enough good things about this new boutique hotel. Everything is right about it. The location is wonderfully convenient to excellent restaurants, historical sites, shopping (on Star, Moon and Sun Streets where they have lovely little boutiques with luxury items that are small and lightweight for packing), and to an MTR station less than two short blocks away. The rooms are beautifully appointed and designed much like many Asian hotels, but with more state of the art details such as push buttons for opening and closing window covers. The black-out curtains are very welcome after a long flight, and so is the absolute peace and quiet. The housekeeping is second to none. My room was cleaned meticulously and early in the day so it was refreshed at all times.

Because I walked and traveled around Hong Kong and Kowloon extensively every day, I started each day with the breakfast in the hotel dining room called the Post Cafe. They offered both Chinese and western breakfasts, complete with an egg bar where eggs were cooked to order. There was a variety of juices, fruits, bakery items, sausage, ham, cheeses served buffet style in a small and lovely setting. The coffee is especially good.

The best feature of this hotel, however, is the staff. They were extremely attentive at all times, anticipating every request I could have made. They were friendly, helpful and completely professional.

I have stayed in luxury hotels in major cities during my many years of travel. But this little jewel of a hotel stands out among all my experiences. I will recommend this to anyone I know who plans to visit Hong Kong. And I would never stay anywhere else.

hideaway, with an extremely helpful staff, elegant and comfortable rooms and surroundings. Centrally located, though not in Central, but only 100 M to tramcar. Delicious breakfast buffet and a tempting menu card for lunch/diner. Last, but not least, an intimate and friendly atmosphere makes Indigo a nice home for your stay in HK.

Nice place, clean, well defined, good spot, we did a lot of walking, and we carefully chose our hq. Room was just like in the website photos, breakfast was just good, nothing exceptional, but nothing to complain about. The only thing that I felt spoiling the experience were the nearby buildings, a bit on the decadent side, obstructing all views. We did ask for a mountain view room but did not get one. Nevertheless, it was a good choice and did not regret it at all!

Close to MTR (subway). Walking distance to Hong Kong park and Victoria park! Starbucks right next door. Staff friendly and helpful. Room service breakfast was cold. Free wifi in room. Hot tub is NOT hot. Rooms are nice. Location was the best part!

My first Hotel Indigo experience turned out to be a good one. Staff was fantastic and really paying attention to the guests e.g. opening doors, calling elevators, greeting etc.

Room was not exactly large as they rarely are in HK. Personally I liked the decoration and layout, which was something different from the usual. Rooms are still in mint condition.

Bar and pool on the top worth visiting. Over all I was very happy with my 3 night stay.

Hotel Indigo has a grand look. It is a new boutique hotel. Hongkong is a beautiful city with lots of skyscrapers and this hotel is one among the skyscraper. The location is excellent and is strategically located close the restaurants and tourist attractions. You should ask for a corner room as you can see the awesome mountains. The main attraction here is that all are electric including the curtains. My kids loved it and almost daily, they opened up the curtains to see the mountains using the remote the hotel offered us. It is a great hotel to stay and enjoy.

I love this place. The staff are friendly, from the reception desk to the housekeeper. The rooms are large for Hong Kong, and whilst the building is too low to be able to see the harbor, the views across the city are still special.

the rooms are stylish, yet functional - internet is fast and free, and there is even a n'espresso coffee maker. The toiletries are really good too, the shower powerful.

The hotel is located in Wanchai, towards the east side, but not as far as Causeway Bay. It is definitely walkable from the MTR but as many have said, that is a pain with a suitcase. However a taxi from Central station is perhaps six USD, so if you can afford the Indigo, then my bet is to get a cab from the airport express station in Central.

I didn't try the food: but there is a Starbucks next door for a quick breakfast; and there are loads of bars and restaurants nearby, so I never felt the need to eat in the hotel.

The hotel bar is nice, but very small, so it doesn't take much for it to fill up. The swimming pool on the roof looks cool, but I think it was too cold in February to try!

A really good hotel, at a fair price for the middle of Hong Kong.

Room Tip: Rooms on the north side have better views
