I love this bar for pre-dinner or after dinner drinks. The staff is amazing-- especially Toby who remembers my drink perfectly every time I'm there (which is only about one a month on business trips). The views are wonderful (and will be even better when the construction in front of the hotel is complete) and the drinks are generous and well-done. Very nice atmosphere and definitely a place to linger with friends or colleagues. There is always something happening here!

We tried the buffet lunch on Saturday. Price good. There are not many items of food on the buffet bar, yet the quality is fine and guaranteed from the soup to each and every dessert. Coupled with its presentation, the kind of bowl and plate used and the things details, I can feel that everything was prepared with heart. The only imperfection is the Chinese vegetables (choy sum) which were overcooked. They were not green but yellowish green.

There are not many tables and so not crowded. Guests are decent, not noisy. I have tried many, if not all, buffets in 5-star hotels in Hong Kong. I will say, you can't go wrong for Four Seasons.

This was our second visit to the Blue Bar and it was as enjoyable as the first. The staff are very friendly and the service is extremely efficient.

We arrived and it was a very busy Friday evening in the Blue Bar and all the tables were taken. The staff apologized and asked if we would mind sitting at the bar while we waited for a table to open up. My husband and I were looking over the drink menu, we were trying to see if they made Moscow Mules, but sadly they weren't on the menu. The bartender overheard our conversation and said that he could make one and we said great! Right after we ordered our drinks, a waiter arrived and said a table had opened up and he apologized profusely for the wait, it had been maybe 5 minutes! Our 2 drinks almost beat us to the table and they were delicious!

Our drinks were accompanied by a bowl of nuts, a bowl of olives (which are to die for) and a bowl of crackers. Happy hour also includes a very extensive and plentiful buffet of hot and cold appetizers, which are excellent.

We love the Blue Bar and will definitely be back. Since it is located in the Four Seasons, prices are not cheap, but considering the atmosphere, excellent service, and free appetizers it is well worth an occasional splurge.

We had dinner reservations elsewhere, but we would have stayed longer to enjoy the live music that was setting up to play.....next time!

We recently stopped at the Blue Bar in Four Seasons. Here you can find a chic, well-decorated bar with a nice drink and snack menu. Prices are what you'd expect at a Four Seasons venue. Atmosphere is nice, a place where quiet conversation can easily be had. We've found service to be prompt and polite at the Blue Bar, again what you'd expect at Four Seasons.

During this stop at the Blue Bar, we ordered a draft beer (HK$75) and a very good margarita on the rocks (HK$115). We were served with generous array of seasoned peanuts, Mediterranean olives and flavored crackers. The olives in particular where very good and would have made a nice meal appetizer on their own, all finger snacks were replenished during our visit.

Enjoying ourselves, we decided to order from the food menu, opting for the Tomato and Goat Cheese Pizzetta (HK$170) that was very nice. This was a small, well prepared light snack. The tomato, rocket leaves, pine nuts and bits of goat cheese combined very well with the touch of pesto and tomato sauce. The pizzetta was baked perfectly, resulting in a thin yet sturdy crust capable of supporting the lovely topping. In all, a lot of skill was demonstrated in the preparation of this dish and while a bit pricey, the quality easily came through and made this a very enjoyable snack (rating 4.5 of 5).

Overall, we were pleased with our visit to the Blue Bar. Drinks, table servings and light food were very good and prices were not beyond what you'd expect at the Four Seasons. We were pleased with stop here and would happily return.
