Excellent Beijing Duck in K11 Mall.
Crisp skin served with typical Beijing Duck condiments
Prices are reasonable for a nice upscale atmosphere and typical Hong Kong rushed but efficient service.
Good value

Unlike Crispy Aromatic duck invented by British Chinese in England. The real peking duck is red in color and sliced piece by piece, tasty but a bit fat.

In Asia, a shopping centre location doesn’t need to be a bad thing, and even late a Sunday evening, there was a queue, efficiently handled by a computerized system. We went for a set menu around a Peking duck, which turned out to be the least impressive array of dishes served, unfortunately in a rush, with us seeing our table lined up with plates as the rest of the restaurants emptied.

This fine restaurant is located in Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong and serves dishes usually with the main ingredient Peking duck.

Highlight is the Peking duck skin wraps. I have to admit this one is the best I had ever... We had some other dishes like dumplings, little 'bao', fresh noodles, stir fried rice, silky smooth tofu and all were pretty good to amazing. The desserts we had weren't that special. Due to almost flawless service 5 instead of 4 out of 5...

This was our second choice for the evening as first choice was not available. We waited 30 minutes for a table with our ticket as instructed. So we browsed some stores, came back. Waited another 20 minutes waiting for our number to show on the screen above the front desk. Then the main waiter started calling numbers after ours. Our Cantonese friend sorted out that problem and we were seated a few moments later.

A waitress put a dish of grapes on our table while we read the menu. We thought this was very nice. Then noticed later we were charged HK$30 for this. Paying wasn't a problem but not being made aware of it was.

The food itself for the most part was excellent. The green beans with pork and chilli was the best I ever had. The roast duck though was completely cold, the pancakes were cold - as beautiful as it looked, the roast duck was a bit sorry for itself. However the duck had been cooked to perfection - still very juicy and sweet.

I would never bother going here again. None of the staff were particularly engaging, the ambiance was no big deal - there are plenty of other places better than this, there is no view, nothing particularly special about the K11 Mall. The beans were great but I couldn't be bothered.
