The economy room is very small, no chairs and desk so inconvenient for computer users but they have a dual wall outlet which accepts the 3-prong US plug. The room is clean and comfortable. Hotel has shuttle service every 40 minutes or so which takes you to Ramada Hong Kong Hotel, Sheung Wan MRT (subway) station/Macau Ferry Terminal, International Finance Center/Central MTR station (HKG Airport Express Railway connection) and back to the Best Western Harbour View Hotel. Easy to get to/from airport train.

In a neighborhood close to local residents. A lot of delicious authentic local food outlets in walking distance. I spent three days there but only have chance to try small portion of them.

Small room size, similar to those hotels on the Hong Kong island.

If you want a huge room, lots of luxury services, and a spectacular view - stay somewhere else. If you appreciate value and cleanliness and just need a place to sleep, than stay here. The hotel is nice, clean, and comes with free wi-fi in the rooms. The service checking in was mediocre, but the concierge was always at their best in calling taxi's, giving directions, etc. The rooms do not leave much room for anything other than sleeping, but if that's all you want, it's fine. I've been in several places in Hong Kong. This is one of the nicer ones for this price.

Room Tip: We asked for a room with a view, but got a view of skyscrapers on the 27th floor. I am not sure if t...

I came back again after departed from Hong Kong on August.
I was spending 5 days in Hong Kong for the electronic fair from 13 – 16 October. OMG, Best Western was full on last two days. I could not stay here for 5 nights and needed to change hotel. My agent booked 3 nights at Best Western and 2 nights at Ramada.

When I checked in the harbour view room, I found an additional folding table was installed inside the room. Good for a laptop user and I had borrowed a table lamp from housekeeping. Fair enough for me.
Oh. I also found that the lighting inside the room was improved, at least I can put my make up without difficulty. Good.

I tried the room service this time at late night, good taste and efficiency.

I enjoyed my stay at Best Western and good to see the friendly faces here. It was lovely when they greet me “Nice to meet you again Ms Williams”.

I found this hotel by accident and no regrets. Rooms in Hong Kong were premium rates when I visited due to a big exhibiton but fair price here foir the 2 night stay. I guess its one step up from the likes of IBIS or Holiday Inn Express but rooms are on similar lines. Clean and functional but lack storage space for a long stay. The big difference is the staff who were really helpful especially the Bell team one of them even came across the road to me with an umbrella as it was raining. All spoke good English and good local knowledge. Food was average but no problem as reasonable places to eat nearby. Also a decent bar across the street called " Fluid". Nice rooftop pool with good view of Kowloon.Just a bit far from Central but no big deal.

Room Tip: My room overlooked the main street. Not a problem.

This is a pretty crappy hotel, the rooms feels like you're inside a sardine box rather than a hotel room, there are no extra features besides for the consular which doesn't speaks very good English and the crew isn't very polite but it's clean and cheap so I'll recommend it to people on low budget.

I booked the harbour view room, but i can not see the harbour but high rising building. The room is super tiny, even dont have a table or a wardroble. The room also have a bad smell. The bathroom is worse than the public one, no bath tub eventhough a stand one.
When i do the reservation, i requested high floor, double bed and non smoking floor but none of the requests are fullfilled. They gave me low floor which all the building nearby already block the harbour view. And they said their non smoking rooms are all full and no more rooms with double bed when i check in. With this price, there should be a better hotel with better facilities and service. I wont recommand this hotel to my friends and feel so disappointed about this stay.
