We waited in line for about 45 minutes to take the tram to the top of Victoria's Peak. The views are spectacular but you pay for it by waiting in the queue to ride up and waiting in the queue to ride back down. We went about 4 pm, and the lines were twice as bad when we came back down shortly after 6 pm. Dusk is a popular time because the harbor lights and skyline are spectacular, but be prepared to wait.
