This place becomes MADNESS after 10am on any day.

But catch the first tramcar up and you'll have
- No lines to buy tickets
- No lines to enter the tram
- Nobody but the occasional jogger or dog walker around the peak

Then you can go for a relaxed stroll around the peak and enjoy it as it once was before hordes of tourists descended upon Hong Kong.

Fantastic view of Hong Kong’s beautiful skyline with great photo opportunities. A must visit! Queue for the tram can be extremely long during peak hours - a quick shortcut is to purchase the Madame Tussaud’s combo ticket which gets you to the front of the queue (if you have not visited). Only downside is that coming back down, you would need to join the normal queue....which can be up to an hour long wait. Decent choice of restaurants at the Peak including San Francisco’s Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurant.

I was somewhat disappointed with this attraction. Whilst the views were spectacular of the city and surrounds, it was basically a shopping center plopped on the hilltop. Far too commercialized for my liking. They have not kept it in its natural state but over commercialized the area. Disappointing

Had 4 hours as tourist in HongKong and made this stop number one. Nice view. But crowded on a sunny Saturday.

We absolutely loved the ease and convenience of the Tram ride along with the history! The views are incredible and the Peak platform offers a once in a lifetime way to see both sides of the Harbour - even on a somewhat overcast day! Shops and restaurants located conveniently as well. Awesome time!

The best views of HK but go early with pre-booked tickets for the team to skip the line. Anytime after 10.30am it’s a nightmare you can’t move for groups of tourists all jostling for photos! But stunning views and worth it but go early

With the Peak tram I went up, the queues were fortunately not long. The weather was overcast, perfect for a hike, less perfect for stunning pictures. But the view is oh so brilliant. You can see the Kowloon side, the boats, the skyline. And I did the 3km hike trail and wandered around. Also perfect for runners too. On the trail was information about the trees, the birds, the butterflies in three languages. Very helpful! I really had a sportive afternoon.

Definitely get the round trip. Was HK$98 and includes sky terrace 428 which is the best spot. Views for miles. Obviously recommend clear day. Many restaurants in the place also. Don’t fall for the tourist trap stuff, just go for the awesome pics!
