If you go on a clear day, expect stunning views! In addition to taking the tram, you can also take a cab or one of the local buses.

I guess its a must see and do. I'd recommend getting a ticket to the sky deck as well, the views from up there are great and its not much more than just a tram ticket. Still the queues, or lack off with those little chinese ladies pushing are not fun.

It's very touristy, but the tram ride was interesting (although crowded). When you reach the top you step out directly into a gift shop and then you walk into a shopping mall. It's a tad tacky. However, once outside you do get a nice view, but it's very smoggy in Hong Kong, so don't expect to see that much. We had a nice walk around the peak, but overall I was a little disappointed.

If you want to get there from Kowloon, take the star ferry to central and then get bus 15C, which takes you to the tram station. Alternatively, you can get bus 15 which will take you straight to the top.

Liked the cable car ride and the panoramic views. The scenic trail around the area was also very good.

Pity it was misty, otherwise the view is stunning. Shopping facilities and decent toilets. We visited early in the day to avoid the crowds - big mistake because the mist cleared later.
